Business Booster 1-Day course - 15/09/2026

This day is packed full of hints and tips, best practice and an opportunity to take your clinical business to a new level. We look at the customer journey from that all important creating a great first impression to maximising confidence when dealing with price presentation. This isn’t about ‘selling hearing aids’ it’s about putting the customer first, developing that relationship to benefit you, your clients and your business!

The goal of the day will be to introduce you to strategies that can improve hearing aid adoption rates (conversions).

To do this, we will be leaning on behavioural science, industry research and the experience of observing over 500 different audiologists in their clinical settings.

The foundation of the day is based on the premise that in order to help an individual make a purchasing decision they must trust their audiologist. And trust is built through developing a relationship with your client whilst demonstrating your expertise. We will be reviewing the different stages of the consultation to understand how we can achieve both of these things.
